Email Hack- Install this Plugin NOW! SorryNotSorry

I came across the best tool for writing better emails. Honestly, everyone could benefit from using this tool!

One of my biggest pet peeves is the overuse of the word "just," "sorry" and other submissive language. How often do you use these phrases:

  • "I just wanted to follow up"

  • "I'm just circling back"

  • "I'm sorry for the delay"

  • "I'd like to...if that's alright."

  • "Does that sound good?"

  • "I think..."

Don't worry, we all do it. I see myself doing it at least once a day and have to stop and correct myself.

Now, thanks to the Google Chrome extension "Just Not Sorry," you can have a plugin that works similar to spell check and underlines words like "just" "sorry" and other weak language.

When a lot of communication is typically understood through body language, it's important to pay attention to the way you write your emails. The last thing you want as a business owner is to sound like you lack confidence in your product or services.

What are some other email pet peeves you have?
